Returns & Exchanges

At Jokers Costume Mega Store, we want you to be thrilled with your transformation, but if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and accessories included to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the costume and all included components back into their original retail packaging, ensuring no pieces like masks, belts, or hats are missing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
